What is the College’s fiscal year?
The College of Charleston operates under a fiscal year that spans from July 1 to June 30.
When will information be available each month?
Each fiscal month throughout the year closes two to three business days after the calendar month end. Information will be posted on the fifteenth of every month.
How long will the information be available on the transparency website?
The information will be provided beginning with July 2011. The site will expand to maintain three years of data going forward.
Why are some names redacted?
In compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), and the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA), the College does not provide the names of students. Non-salary payments to employees are also redacted.
